PUBLIC FACILITY AND MANAGEMENT

• charged with the  responsibilities of the  assessment of rents and rates, management of public facilities and estates.
• Facilitate Quality Management   System for Works Contracts
• Facilitate technical Audit for   Public Works
• Management of Workshops (i.e.   Mechanical, Carpentry etc.)
• Facilitate and value the Rents  rates  and insurance  of Properties 
• Member of the Boarding of   government unserviceable vehicles
• Facilitate issuance of License   and insurance of MWPA vehicles and motor bikes
• Maintains accurate inventories   of Government Properties
• Facilitate Estate services   and management of Public Buildings   services
• Provide preventive maintenance   of  Building services i.e. Plumbing,   Electrical, Lift/Elevator, HVAC services of all MDAs
• Management of   Plumbing, Electrical Lift/Elevator HVACs   services, Plants, Machine Components and Systems for all MDAs
